About the Role:
K&K Healthcare Systems Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Traveling LPN to join our growing team based out of Stockbridge, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed nursing professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering quality patient care across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing services across various healthcare homes and client locations
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and post-care instructions
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments, policies, and patient populations
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility-specific healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the state of Georgia
• Previous clinical experience in a hospital, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple homes or patient locations as required
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
• BLS/CPR certification required. 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work on-call as needed
