Position Overview
We are seeking an Orthodontist to join a well-established and growing orthodontic practice serving the Carbondale and Marion, Illinois communities. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong new patient flow, experienced support staff, and a proven track record of growth.
The position offers a consistent split schedule between two established locations, providing variety while allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and the local community.

With nearly 580 active patients, approximately 35 starts and 45 new consultations each month, this position offers an established patient pipeline and the opportunity to contribute to continued practice growth.
