Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem

Huntington, NY | Suffolk County
$19.65–$20.00/Hour | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for multiple per diem opportunities in Huntington and throughout Suffolk County .

We currently have multiple cases available with 6–8 hour shifts , offering flexible opportunities for HHAs looking to work close to home.

Available Schedules

• Tuesday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Multiple cases are available. Additional assignments may also be available based on your availability and preferred location.

Qualifications

• Active New York State HHA Certification required
• Minimum of one year HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Required Health Documentation

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
