Spend 2–4 hours per visit evaluating operations, customer experience, and financial performance. Provide coaching and operational feedback to improve store performance. Conduct compliance evaluations while maintaining a primary focus on business performance. Supporting New Store Openings Visit new franchise locations 6–8 weeks after opening to assess operational performance and provide guidance. Ensure franchisees understand brand standards, financial expectations, and operational best practices. Relationship Management & Collaboration Serve as the liaison between franchisees and the corporate operations team. Maintain consistent communication with franchisees, particularly with focus stores requiring additional support. Partner with internal leadership including the Director of Franchise Operations, VP Operations, and executive leadership team. Role Objectives Support franchisees in maintaining strong Average Unit Volume (AUV) performance. Improve franchisee profitability through financial and operational coaching. Strengthen franchisee relationships and satisfaction across the territory. Identify and support underperforming locations through structured improvement plans. Contribute to the company’s continued expansion and operational consistency.
